Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 16 July 2009, John Robert Buchanan, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as receiver
and manager of the property of COLLEGE HILL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th
day of June 2009, secured over all present and after
acquired personal property of the company.
