Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 20 July 2009, we, Peter James Heenan and Roger Neil Wilson, of Invercargill, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 17th day of December 2007, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
