Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, insolvency practitioners of Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that on 1 July 2009, they were appointed
as receivers of the secured property of MARINE AMBULANCE SERVICES NO.2 LIMITED under the powers contained in a specific security agreement
("the SSA") dated the 2nd day of February 2004.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of the secured property under the SSA, being a 2002 Rayglass 8.5 metre cabin boat, Serial No.: P8AYS02 with 2 Yamaha 115hp outboard motors and accessory equipment, and all present and future accessions and accessories to, spare parts for, and other goods that are in any way related to the use of any such property.
