Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Merlo Burgess
& Co Limited, Auckland, was appointed as receiver
and manager of the property of SPROUTS R US LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of February 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
