Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 13 July 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of ROAC LIMITED pursuant to a general security deed dated the 17th day of November 2006.
