Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of THE GLACIER CENTRE LIMITED and JHR PROPERTIES LIMITED on 13 July 2009, under the terms of security agreements dated the 3rd day of July 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
