Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2009, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of SCHOOL ROAD CUSTODIANS LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated on the 13th day of July 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
