Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Steve Cammish and Brian Mayo-Smith, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of EVA MOORE SHEETMETAL LIMITED on
2 July 2009 by the Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security agreement giving the secured party a secured interest over all the present and after acquired property of the company.
