Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin Thomas McCloy and David Murray Blanchett, insolvency practitioners of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 9 July 2009, they were appointed as receivers and managers of
the property of ASCOT DOWNS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of December 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
