On 2 July 2009, Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of TANDARRA NURSERIES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of April 1999, over all of the company property charged by the general security agreement.
