Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 2 July 2009, under the terms of various security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
