Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Howard Ross Fisk and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the trust’s land on 23 June 2009 under the terms of the mortgages held by the mortgagee over the land of the trust.
