Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2009, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants
of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers of the property of SCENE 1 ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of February 2008 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
