Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 19 June 2009, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of PROP HOLDINGS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of April 2006, secured over all present and future property of the company.
