Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Glenn Andrew Walker, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as the receiver and manager of STINGRAY LIMITED on 23 June 2009 by DB Breweries Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over all present and after acquired property of STINGRAY LIMITED.
