Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 18 June 2009, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of SUPAGAS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 5th day of November 2004, secured over all present and future property of the company.
