Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
25 November 2008, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers of all the assets and undertakings of EON DESIGN CENTRE (AUCKLAND) LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 11th day of June 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 15 June 2009 at 2.00pm, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidators.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
