Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 5 June 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of EUROTECH AUDIO LIMITED and EUROTECH AUDIO HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in receivership) under the powers contained in general security agreements both dated the 28th day of February 2008 which property consists of all present and after acquired property and all personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
