Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 8 June 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers of the income of certain property owned by SHALAMRA ENTERPRISES LIMITED, being described in Computer Freehold Register NA62B/696 (North Auckland Land Registry) charged by the mortgage granted in favour of AXA New Zealand Nominees Limited as nominees for Mortgage Backed Bonds Limited.
