Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the income of the company on 8 June 2009, under the terms of a mortgage dated the 22nd day of September 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the income relating to the land comprised and described in certificate of title 57119 (Canterbury Land Registry), being the property known as Grasmere Lodge, State Highway 73, Cass, North Canterbury.
