Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, hereby give notice that on 20 May 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets
and undertakings of UNITED PRINCIPALS LIMITED
(as trustee of SYNERGY TRUST) (in receivership) pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 16th day of August 2007.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the trust.
