Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 26 May 2009, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed as joint and several receivers
and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 2nd day of May 2008.
The receivers and managers have been appointed to be receivers and managers of property charged by the security agreement and will have all and each of the powers conferred upon the receivers and the managers under the provision of the security agreement and by law.
