Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 15 May 2009, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Easy Factors International Limited as receivers and managers of the property of VIVI ENTERPRISES LIMITED, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of July 2008 secured over all present and future property of the company.
