2009, appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of ULTRA HELICOPTERS INC (NZ) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), pursuant to a debenture dated the 12th day of December 1997 over all present and after acquired property.
