Notice of Resignation, and Appointment of Replacement Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that Shaun Neil Adams, of BDO Spicers Auckland, has resigned as receiver and manager of the above-named companies, and Simon John Francis Peacocke, of BDO Spicers Auckland, has been appointed as joint and several receiver and manager of the companies with effect from 8 May 2009.
The appointment of Simon John Francis Peacocke is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant of BDO Spicers Auckland, and is in place of the appointment of Shaun Neil Adams who has, as above, vacated office as receiver and manager of the companies.
