Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 8 May 2009, we, Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and Peter James Heenan, of Invercargill, were appointed under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 9th day of June 2008, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
