John Howard Ross Fisk and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were, on 12 January 2009, appointed as joint and several receivers of TRITEC MANUFACTURING LIMITED (in receivership) under
the terms of a security agreement dated the 4th day
of September 1998, and MOUNTAIN BUGGY LIMITED
(in receivership) and MOUNTAIN BUGGY DESIGN LIMITED (in receivership) under the terms of security agreements dated the 26th day of October 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, properties and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 113-119 The Terrace (PO Box 243), Wellington.
