Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 30 April 2009 at 2.00pm, Michael Ryan, Ian Charles Francis and Paul Graham Sargison, insolvency practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of AUSTRAL PACIFIC ENERGY (NZ) LIMITED, under the powers contained in a security instrument dated the 18th day of December 2006 secured over all present and future property of the company.
