Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Grant Bruce Reynolds and Scott William Greer, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, do hereby give notice that we were, on 22 April 2009, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of BRACKEN STREET LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 1st day of November 2006 over all present and after acquired property.
