Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, hereby give notice that on 22 April 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets
and undertakings of AUCKLAND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LIMITED and RED PINE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (both in receivership) pursuant to general security agreements dated the 16th day of August 2007 and the 30th day of September 2004 respectively.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the companies.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is at: WHK Gosling Chapman, Level 6, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
