Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
2 November 2007, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of POLICY FACTORING LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 29th day of September 2006.
That appointment ceased with effect from 21 April 2009 at 10.00am, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
