Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 15 April 2009, the holder of general security agreements dated the 5th day of December 2003 appointed Richard Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton Wellington, Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the companies.
