Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of NATURAL STONE LIMITED on 9 April 2009 by Westpac New Zealand Limited under the terms of a security agreement giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
