Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that, on 3 April 2009, Marac Finance Limited appointed Roderick T. McKenzie and Lyn M. Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, as receivers and managers of all the property of BOOKED IN LIMITED under the powers contained in the general security deed dated the 13th day of December 2006.
