Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that on 25 March 2009, Robert Bruce Walker, of Wellington, chartered accountant of the company under the terms of general security agreement dated the 1st day of November 2005 in favour of NZU Stockbrokers Limited as security holder, was appointed receiver and manager of the company under the terms of general security agreements dated the 20th day of March 2008 in favour of Philip Vassil Mladenov and John Peter Reuhman, and the 20th day of March 2008 in favour John Peter Reuhman.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired property of the company.
