We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are
at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were, on 3 April 2009, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of REIDPAINTS LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant
to a general security agreement in favour of Stortford Properties Limited dated the 15th day of December 2004, over all present and after acquired property.
