Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant of BDO Spicers Auckland, and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of BDO Spicers Christchurch, were appointed receivers of the above-named company on 3 April 2009, under the terms
of a debenture dated the 15th day of February 2001 charging all of the present and future undertakings and assets of the company.
