Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 6 April 2009, the holder of general security agreements dated the 8th day of August 2005, the 12th day of March 2007 and the 12th day of March 2007 respectively, appointed Richard Grant Simpson, of Grant Thornton Wellington, and Timothy Wilson Downes, of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of all the undertaking, property and assets of the group of companies.
