Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 11th day of May 2009 given by WHITTAKER SAWMILLING LIMITED, Beverly Margaret Whittaker and Graeme Stephen Whittaker have appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on 2 April 2009.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
