Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 2 April 2009, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above named company under the powers contained in
a general security agreement dated the 18th day of August 2006, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
