Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 1 April 2009, Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers
of the property of HOME & LEISURE (NZ) LIMITED
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 30th day of August 2004.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the property and assets charged by the general security deed.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol + Partners (NZ) Limited, Level 2, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
