Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin Thomas McCloy and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as
joint and several receivers of the assets of Michael Tololi and Nominee and Trustees (No 1) Limited in their capacity as trustees of the TOLOLI SERVICES TRUST under the terms of a security agreement given on or about the 1st day of August 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the trust's present and future undertaking, property and assets.
