Colin Thomas McCloy and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as
joint and several receivers of specified property of the above-named companies on 25 March 2009 under the terms of security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is Certain of: The companies' livestock, progeny and proceeds, both present and future.
