Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 27 March 2009 at 9.45am, under the terms of security agreements dated the 29th day of August 1996, the 21st day of May 1999 and
the 17th day of October 2008 respectively.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
