I, Grant Maxwell Brownlee, of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 24 March 2009, I was appointed receiver of income by PropertyFinance Funding Nominees Limited (“the mortgagee”) under a certain memorandum of mortgage dated the 16th day of June 2006 given by ONEHUNGA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the mortgagor”) in favour
of the mortgagee and affecting each and all units in the
John Henry Centre, corner of Catherine and Edsel Streets, Henderson, Auckland, an estate in leasehold pursuant
to Lease LD231028.1 (Lot 1 DP 72434, certificate of title 247017, North Auckland Land Registry).
