Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Richard Palairet and Graham Cameron Edwards, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint receivers of SATUIT PROPERTIES LIMITED on
23 March 2009 by South Canterbury Finance under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of
the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
