Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at the request of the
specified security holder on 13 March 2009, John
Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and
several receivers of the property of a partnership
consisting of PARNELL PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED and ST STEPHENS INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("the partnership") under the powers contained in a specific security agreement ("the security agreement") dated the 10th day of July 2007 granted by that partnership.
The Property in Receivership is: Particularised in the security agreement being a 1991 Tom Fexa 58' Sports Fisher Motor Vessel, registered shipyard no. 4395 powered by two Detroit 8V92T 735hp Diesel engines, together with any Safety Navigational Equipment, named "White Rabbit" (including accessories).
The Offices of the Receivers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
