Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at the request of the specified security holder on 13 March 2009, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John Mackay, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers of the property of COMPARK PROPERTIES LIMITED, under the powers contained in two specific security agreements ("the first security agreement" and "the second security agreement"), each dated the 3rd day of August 2006, granted by that company
The Property in Receivership is: Particularised in the first security agreement being a 2002 Land Rover Range Rover Station Wagon, registration number DCS610 (including accessories), and being particularised in the second security agreement being a 2004 Bentley Continental GT Sports Car, registration number 552BHP (including accessories).
The Offices of the Receivers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
