Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 20 March 2009, I, John Michael Gilbert, was appointed under powers conferred by virtue of clause 25 of the memorandum of general terms and conditions dated the 15th day of October 2008, to act as receiver of the above-named company.
Assets Secured: All of the undertakings of the company.
