Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 19 March 2009, the holder of a general security deed dated the 5th day of December 2006 appointed David Ruscoe and Richard Simpson, of Grant Thornton Wellington, Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
